EKG - it is basic and very important cardiological examination that allows to asses cardiac arrhytmias and conductibilitates, ischaemic heart diseases and detects heart infarction.
Echocardiography + doppler system - it is an assesment of heart structures, dimensiones of heart cavities, morfology and function of valves. This examinations allows to asses the degree of damage of the heart after heart infaction or after myocarditis. Doppler examination is especially useful in preoperative assesment of the heart and in congenital heart diseases. Echocardiography is absolutely necessarily in observations patients after surgical treatment especially after artificial valves replecements and after heart infarction.
Holter - ECG - it is ambulatory monitoring ECG during 24 or 48 h normal activities of patients (at home, during working, sleeping etc.). It detects cardiac arrythmias and ischaemic problems. It helps to chose the proper treatment.
Holter (blood preassure) - it is ambulatory, computer monitoring blood preassure during 24 h normal activitis of patients. It is helpful in treatment of hypertensives patients. |
